The Specialized Riprock Comp 24″ Kids Mountain Bike delivers the comfort and performance that will inspire a kid to ride fearlessly on the trails. A lightweight A1 butted aluminum frame has a lightweight feel to it and provides a lively ride, and the engineers at Specialized have given this frame a very capable geometry that will inspire the rider to take on fun and imaginative lines. X-Fusion provides a 100mm travel, Roamin 34 fork that will smooth out the ride and has the stiffness and strength to keep the bike pointed the correct way down the trail. An easy to maintain SRAM NX mechanical drivetrain provides a broad 1×11 speed gear range, and powerful hydraulic disc brakes with adjustable brake levers make it easier for smaller hands to control the bike’s speed. Last but not least, a comfortable 130mm wide Bridge saddle combined with narrower and shorter cranks decrease discomfort and makes it easier for shorter legs to generate enough power to easily hang with taller riders.

• Ground Control tires have a versatile tread pattern with low rolling resistance and confident traction; optimized for hardpacked trails, but with enough traction to safely get through sloppy trail sections
• 30.9mm seatpost diameter and internal cable routing for a dropper seatpost makes it easier to upgrade this bike as the rider gets taller and grows in skill
