Salsa Confluence Flat Bar Gravel E-Bike Description:

The Salsa Confluence Flat Bar Gravel E-Bike is a versatile rig that makes it easier to turn any ride into a fun adventure. The backbone of this e-bike is a light and stiff aluminum frame with a geometry that puts the rider in a comfortable riding position with great stability. Out front, a full carbon fork will reduce vibration and chatter that is transmitted to the rider and is stiff and strong enough to keep the bike pointed in the right direction when hitting a rowdy line on the trails. The frame and fork are adorned with numerous accessory mounts so this versatile e-bike can be outfitted with the gear needed to go anywhere the rider wishes to ride. Additionally, the frame is compatible with suspension forks with up to 40mm of travel and can be outfitted with a dropper-style seatpost should a rider want better control over rougher road and trail surfaces.

Discreetly tucked within the frame is a Mahle X30 rear hub drive motor and a seamlessly integrated downtube battery that delivers enough power to make it feel like you are always riding with a tailwind; this lightweight drive system has vital information displayed and the functionality controlled by a very intuitive handlebar remote and can also be tweaked with the top tube controller. Shimano’s Essa 1 x 8 mechanical drivetrain is called upon to provide crisp and reliable shifting, and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes fitted with large rotors provide reliable braking power in any weather or trail condition. Last but not least, this e-bike is outfitted with sturdy WTB wheels and large volume 700c x 50mm wide Teravail tires so a rider can comfortably and confidently tackle any road or trail they come across.
