Zipp 303 SW Tubeless Disc Brake Road Wheels offer supreme aerodynamics, a smooth ride, and lightweight performance for modern road bikes. Zipp refined the construction of the wide 40mm deep rims to improve their impact strength without adding weight, and then used surface dimpling and a hookless sidewall design to optimize the aerodynamics of these rims especially when combined with wider road tires. As an additional benefit, the wider rim reduces tire deflection and rolling resistance, and increases the air volume which will improve flat protection, give a smoother ride, and improve traction. In the middle of these wheels is a set of ZR1 hubs that utilize robust stainless steel cartridge bearings and a highly efficient 6-pawl rear freehub design to minimize maintenance and deliver exceptional performance. Rounding out these wheels is an integrated Zipp AXS Wheel Sensor that will allow a rider to monitor and analyze the tire pressure in real time without needing to attach a bulky external device to the valve stem.
