The Time XPRO 10 Clipless Road Pedals implement several cutting edge technologies to deliver a comfortable and high performance pedal. A lightweight and stiff carbon fiber body has a very large contact area that provides outstanding power transfer and foot stability. A featherlight carbon fiber blade replaces the steel spring that normally controls the pedals binding mechanism, and this blade can be adjusted to fine tune the entry and release tension to suit personal preferences; a fairing underneath the blade offers protection and improves the aerodynamics of the pedals. Anchoring the lightweight body and binding to the bike are hollow steel spindles, and steel sealed bearings are tucked between the body and spindle to ensure these pedals spin freely for a long time.

As light as these pedals are, the ergonomics do not take a back seat. TIME’s patented ICLIC binding mechanism allow for fast, easy cleat engagement so a rider can get up to speed more quickly when accelerating from a stop. The included ICLIC free floating cleats offer +-5° of angular float and 2.5mm of lateral float to allow the foot to naturally align itself on the pedal body, reducing discomfort and muscular fatigue. The cleat also has a large surface area for the foot to push down on so not only is there great power transfer, the pressure is spread over a larger part of the foot which will prevent hotspots and numbness from occurring. Last and perhaps most uniquely, these pedals are available with three different spindle lengths which, when combined with all of the rest of the adjustability these pedals provide, results in a set of pedals that will give the rider all of the tools they need to dial in the comfort and performance of their bike.
