The Specialized Trail Control Tubeless All Mountain Tire is a versatile, a do-it-all trail tire that deploys dependable traction, predictable control, and trail-worthy durability. This tire is available in multiple sizes, tread compounds, and casing configurations to make it easier to find the right combination of ride quality, durability, and weight to get the best performance out of an XC mountain bike, trail bike, or e-mountain bike.

Features:

• Tubeless Mountain tire with a versatile tread pattern, fit for aggressive XC, Trail, and e-MTB use
• Large squarish central tread blocks laid out in a varied pattern have a chamfered leading edge for less rolling resistance and will dig into the trail surface for better propulsion and powerful braking traction
• Intermediate tread blocks are staggered with the shoulder knobs to deliver predictable and tenacious grip when entering into and going through the corners
• Block-on-block tread knob design enhances grip; the peak knob digs deeper into the ground for more grip, and the larger base knob provides stability and strength to ensure that grip holds tight
• Two different casing construction options are available:
• Grid Trail Casing has added bead-to-bead tire protection and reinforced sidewalls, producing a great blend of durability, flat prevention, and a smooth ride; great option for aggressive trail riding styles and for use with e-MTB’s
• Grid Lite Casing has a sidewall protective belt to boost cut-resistance and add stability to the tire while keeping the weight in check along with providing a more supple ride; ideal tire option for riding a shorter travel mountain bike over rugged, technical courses
• Two different tread compound options are available:
• Gripton T9 Compound is very soft and rebounds slowly to provide maximum traction and bike control
• Gripton T7 Compound is a bit firmer than the T9 and delivers a great balance between traction, low rolling resistance, and durability
