The Salsa Wanderosa C Apex Eagle aims to be your choice for unpredictable gravel adventures that require a level balance of capability, agility, and range. Wanderosa delivers a heightened level of comfort through progressive geometry that combines a long reach with a short stem and wide drop bars, putting riders in a position for comfort, confidence, and control on rugged terrain at higher speeds. High-modulus carbon fiber frame construction keeps weight to a minimum, providing a formidable blend of stiffness and compliance where it matters. Wanderosa C frames employ a unique flex-stay suspension design, featuring a flexing frame element in the rear triangle, reducing material and moving parts; 110mm of rear wheel travel smooths harsh off-road terrain and can also be set to 100mm by reducing shock stroke to 40mm. A RockShox SID fork provides 120mm of silky smooth travel in front and acts with efficiency, becoming a race-level XC suspension fork. Riders can extend their adventure to include every destination and detour imaginable with the help of the Fazua 60 drive unit, an intuitive mid-drive unit that delivers up to 60Nm of torque and is custom-tuned for gravel riding.
