Unior 1671 16-Notch Aluminum Bottom Bracket Socket Tool Description:
The 1671 16-Notch Aluminum Bottom Bracket Socket Tool is a socket tool designed to install and remove 16 notch external bottom brackets, or externally splined centerlock disc brake rotor lockrings. Precision CNC milling on an aluminum billet that is then anodized an attractive red color with laser etched sizing graphics ensure this socket will fit easily and tightly on to the bottom bracket cup or lockring, and that this tool is so rugged it will even hold up to repeated bike shop abuse. Knurled texture on the outside of the socket lets the user loosen or tighten up the bottom bracket cup by hand, and when it is time to finish tightening the cup, a 1/2″ drive breaker bar, ratchet driver handle, or torque wrench can be snapped into this tool to get the job done.
