Specialized Allez Road Bike Description:
The latest iteration of the Specialized Allez Road Bike is a lightweight and versatile road bike that is equally at home setting the pace on fast group rides as it is being used as a fast and nimble commuter bike. An endurance-style road bike geometry gives a comfortable and stable ride with plenty of nimbleness to dodge obstacles in the road. Premium double-butted and extensively shaped E5 aluminum alloy produces a smooth ride quality and excellent performance that rivals that of much more expensive bikes; a full FACT Carbon fork shaves additional weight and cuts out some road buzz felt in the handlebars to help the rider to conserve their energy. A Shimano Cues 2 x 10 speed drivetrain gives plenty of gearing for wherever the rider wants to go, and when it is time to slow down, hydraulic disc brakes require less force on the levers to deliver consistent, all-weather braking power. Rugged AXIS wheels roll smoothly and spin up to speed quickly, and these hoops are shod in smooth riding, durable Specialized RoadSport tires. Last but not least, a bevy of Specialized cockpit components deliver excellent comfort where the rider’s body contacts the bike, and rack and fender mounts ensure the Specialized Allez Road Bike can be set up to ride anywhere, any time.
