The Sidi Genius X Vapo Road Shoes take one of Sidi’s most iconic road shoes and improves the breathability to keep a rider cool when the temperatures climb. A remarkably supple and well-ventilated knit fabric upper is reinforced with abrasion resistant TPU panels to deliver incredible airflow without sacrificing durability or security, while a Firmor X internal support ensures these shoes have plenty of stability to keep the feet in place. This amazing upper is easily personalized for fit thanks to a highly adjustable and aerodynamic NUUN 001C dial/cable system with an anatomical instep strap that creates amazing comfort and security with minimal pressure on the top of the foot. An external heel cup design at the rear of the shoe holds its shape under pressure and prevents slippage for increased stability around the heel. Underneath everything is a R3CC carbon composite sole that has enough stiffness to maintain excellent pedaling efficiency while having just enough give to provide elevated comfort on long rides, and this sole accepts any 3-bolt clipless pedal cleat and feature elongated slots to make it easier to dial in the position of those cleats for optimal biomechanics and power. Finally, the dials and cables as well as the heel pad are replaceable to extend the useful life of these shoes.
