The Sidi Atomus GTX Clipless Mountain Bike Shoes are designed for riders whom want to send it anytime, anywhere, and are looking to protect their feet from harsh landings and nasty conditions. A rugged upper with a GoreTex lining keeps the feet warm and dry in any weather or trail conditions, and uses a lace closure system that makes it very easy to get a dialed, personalized fit. The medium stiffness (5 out of 10 stiffness index) nylon and glass sole plate combined with built in shock absorbing features will protect the feet from gnarly trails and from impacts due to rough landings, and the unique tread compound optimizes the balance between durability, grip on the pedal, and traction when moving around off the bike. Last but not least, the long cleat mounting slots will accept any 2-bolt clipless pedal cleat and will enable the rider to get the foot positioned on the pedal for outstanding comfort and stability.
