The Shimano SP41 Dura-Ace ST-9000 Shift Housing Nose Cap w/ Long Tongue is designed to fit on Shimano OT-SP41 4mm Shift Housing. Made of plastic, this lightweight nose cap is ideally used on the end of a section of housing that is terminating at a cable stop on the bike frame. The long tongue plus a tight fit on the end of the housing does an effective job of preventing the inner cable from getting contaminated, ensuring longer intervals between cable replacement and smoother shifting. Each order is for one cap.
