On the bottom, a durable, lightweight, and stiff carbon fiber reinforced TPU outsole utilizes a replaceable Pontoon cleat system to deliver a secure and stable interface between the shoe and the pedal surface for maximum pedaling efficiency regardless of cleat position. It is still possible to effectively move around when off of the bike thanks to the shoe’s sole curve profile and durable tread blocks, and well placed drain and ventilation holes help keep feet cool on hot days and quickly drain the shoes when encountering water crossings and wet weather so the feet can dry out.
