A reinforced and stiff sole plate pushes all of the rider’s power to the pedals and incorporates a no-slip rubber tread so it is safer to walk around.Last but not least, these shoes have two long cleat mounting slots that accept any 2-bolt clipless pedal cleat, such as the SPD-style cleats that are widely used on spin bikes, so it is easier to position the cleats for maximum power production and comfort.
