RockShox SIDLuxe World Cup Integrated Design Rear Shock Description:
The RockShox SIDLuxe World Cup Integrated Design Rear Shock was co-developed by the engineers at Specialized and Rock Shox to optimize the performance of the Specialized Epic World Cup full suspension mountain bike. This shock is uniquely designed to be run with minimal sag, and has custom valving on the inside to create a spring rate that takes full advantage of the rear wheel travel throughout all of its travel, which makes this very short travel platform feel like a much longer travel bike. The ability to play with volume spacers (included with the shock) and the unique independently adjustable positive and negative air springs really allows the rider to dial in the ride quality of their bike; set it firm like a hardtail, full soft to float over the chunky stuff, or anywhere in between, this shock is the finishing touch to draw the best performance out of the bike and let the rider make the most out of their capabilities.
