RockShox Lyrik Ultimate Suspension Fork Description:

The RockShox Lyrik Ultimate Suspension Fork is a versatile fork that harmonizes descending power with effortless efficiency. A tapered steerer tube, stout crown, 35mm tapered wall upper tubes, widely spaced lower legs joined by a robust brace, and 15mm thru-axle produce a stiff and strong chassis that keeps everything aligned for better suspension performance and excellent steering precision. Inside, a LinearXL air spring delivers the buttery smooth bump response of a coil spring with the lighter weight and easy tuneability of an air spring, while a highly adjustable Charger 3.2 RC2 damper has been optimized to match the performance of the LinearXL spring and features a wide range of adjustability with intuitive control bezels to let the rider fine tune the ride quality and performance to their needs/wants. ButterWagon Tech reduces friction and provides a more consistent performance between regular servicing of the fork, and Buttercups are attached to the air spring and damper will fight off rider fatigue so the rider will maintain better focus and bike control throughout the duration of the bike ride. Finally, this fork is filled with high performance Maxima suspension fluid and ultra-low friction bushings and wiper seals to ensure these forks have the goods to let a rider confidently and ruthlessly slay the trails.

• Charger 3.2 RC2 Damper has received new rebound and compression tunes to better match the performance of the LinearXL air spring, and has received updates that greatly reduce noise vs. previous generations of dampers
• Revised control bezel with numbered compression adjuster intuitively allows the rider to add or decrease damping
• ButterWagonTech ensures a constant supply of oil to the bushings for reduced friction and smoother performance for the duration between routine service/maintenance
• ButterCups on the damper and air spring block 20% of high-frequency “trail chatter” for significantly less arm and hand fatigue, improving a riders focus and performance over the entire length of the ride
• Ultra-low friction bushings and SKF wiper seals significantly reduce “stiction” for improved performance out of the box and longer maintained peak performance
• Filled with Maxima 15w fluid which clings to moving parts to reduce friction and is formulated to eliminate aeration (foaming up) for enhanced suspension performance
